Elizabeth Imogene Webber : The Stalking of Port Charles' Sweetheart

Back  in  1997 , a young  cheeky lass  named  Elizabeth  Imogene Webber arrived  in Port  Charles  . 

 

I  loved  her  boldness  ,  thinking  she  was  so  cool  smoking  a  cigarette  and  trying  to  get  beer  from  Ruby  Anderson  when   she  was  under age. 

I've watched  her  trials  , her tribulations  for  25  years . I've  laughed with,  her  cried  with  her and  I've  been angry  along  with  her  when  things  happened  to  her  that  were  way  beyond  her  control.

When  she  lost Franco  ,  his  death  left  a vacant  space  in  her  love  life  and  it  hurt  her  kids  immensely. 

But now some  sick  twisted , mentally  unstable individual  is  doing  things to upset  her  ie  shredding  the  dress  she  wore  in the  day  she  married  Franco .

They  also put  her  wedding ring  in  her locker at work and  placed  her  portrait  in  her  house  that Franco  painted on  her  fireplace  mantle. 

Some  fans  wonder if  it's  Scott  Baldwin  her  father  in law  doing  this  to  her . He's  had  past  form  when  his  children  died  to  strike  out  at   people  out  of  grief .

Elizabeth found  out  that her  dad instead of calling  her , contacted  Terry  instead .  Elizabeth  was  furious  and  ripped  up  a  Christmas Card  they  sent  her .

And now she's found  out  that  her  parents  Caroline  and  Jeff  Webber  who've  not  been  apart  of  her  life for years  are  speaking  to  Jake  without  her permission. 

I've  been  where  Elizabeth is  right  now . I  have felt  the  anger  and  the  annoyance  you  feel  when  daddy  suddenly  wants  to  know  you  again. 

Forgive  me  for  being  blunt  ,  where  the  hell do her  parents  get  off  choosing now  to  make  contact  .

They  weren't  there  to  support her  when  she  was  raped , nor  when she  got  kidnapped  , married  or  even    gave  birth  to any  of  her  boys  .

Nor when they  thought  Lucky  and  Jake  were  dead .They  weren't   even  around  when  Franco  was  murdered  by   Peter August. 

When  you've  been  ignored  by  your  parents for  your  whole  life  it  tends  to   leave   a   sour taste  in  your  mouth  .

 I was  angry   along  with  her  when  she  found  out  that  her  parents contacted  Jake . 

Personally   , I  feel  that they  have  no  business contacting  their  14  year  old  grandson  and  asking  questions.  If  you  want  to  know  something  about  your  kid  talk to  her  directly  not  other  people .

They've  not  been  there  for  her  ,  and  not  her  kids  either they don't  deserve   her  attention  .  I'd  tell  Jake  to  block  them  .

But  as  we  all  know  it's  not up  to me, it's up  to  the  writers .

They  better   come  up  with   a   bloody  good   resolution for  our   dear Elizabeth .

There   has  to  be  a  light  at  the  end  of  the  tunnel  for  this gorgeous  godess Rebecca  Herbst who  deserves  a  storyline she  can  sink  her  teeth  into.
